The cashier was in training and did an excellent job. friendly, attentive, and eager to help. There was a small misunderstanding about a side of garlic bread, but the staff handled it right away and even offered a complimentary one to make it right. The food was absolutely delicious, and every member of the team was wonderful. Great service, great food, and an all-around amazing experience!“

“Small space, big wonderful flavors!!! This new location recently opened in North Palm Springs at the commercial plaza located at the corner of Sunrise and Vista Chino. The place is rather small, but they run a mighty operation! I ordered two subs using the Jersey Mike's App and they were ready for me to pick them up on time. Simply delicious food, and highly recommend it for lunch, brunch, and any occasion. Yum, yum, yum!“

“I’m not a fan of fast food but there are times when I do indulge. My order this morning (3232049935105) was handled by Christian. Hats off to him for taking the early shift and providing a friendly face, personable and respectful attitude. I have witnessed this on several occasions. He is an asset to your organization and you need more employees like him.“

“The food was fine. The service was very slow. I waited almost ten minutes after I ordered and there was only 1 person ahead of me in the dining room. I ordered my food to go. There were no napkins in the bag and none available in the dining room. There were no employees near the counter to ask for napkins once I realized I had none.“

“Shout out to the manager of the restaurant. Their credit card machine was down and my kids dont understand technology outages. Solid manager, its refreshing to have interactions with people like him. He needs a raise and I hope more companies realize how important the human elements are for business success. Its fast food, nothing special and poison at the end of the day but anytime my kida come to work with me we will be back just because of him. You can tell he is a good manager because all the staff were happy. I love to see this. We need to stop the technology bullshit and focus on people again. All fast food joints should take note from this place on how to do things right.“

“My family and I had a great experience there. Tony and the Lady (didnt catch her name, I think she was shift leader) were very welcoming and you can tell they were working very hard as their order screen was stacked. Food was great and restaurant was clean. We will definitely come back.“

“Chipotle is back in a big way. This is great after gym place to eat healthy. They have been rotating different menu options which is very nice for us regulars. Chicken Asada is the current item on rotation. Chipotle restaurants can get hit by a large (5-8 ) customers walking in at random times but the staff steps it up and gets your order made quickly and correctly. I would recommend the Chipotle app for ordering ahead if that is something you are interested in. Another thing that I have noticed over multiple visits is that even when they are very busy, the staff steps it up and remains very friendly. That's really nice.“

“I got a basic order.. Epic Cali Bacon Burrito with no sour cream. They never mess up.

On 3/17 around 840p, I was heading in into work sort of early so I wanted to grab myself a burrito.

Whoever was in that kitchen crafted one of the best ones I've had yet. Fries were even kinda crispy, I didnt mind that one bit.

I'm not like a fast food guy, I'll have a few burritos a month. I can see how somebody can get fat off this. Someone gets a couple good burritos in a row and then it becomes an everyday thing. Na, not me. But damn that was a really good burrito“

“I recently discovered this restaurant chain. I have to say, every time I come here, it's always for the same thing; Asada Quesadilla. I'm a quesadilla freak, and their carne asada quesadilla is a 9/10 for me. Their menu is very large, but Im only here for the quesadilla. Occasionally I also order a large horchata. I've never had a bad experience here.“

“Got a turkey 6inch yesterday in the night lovely lady Pam who took my order was fast and nice managing rude customers ahead of me, this subway location is very clean I don’t know why customers like them make it so difficult if you know, something is extra and you put it anyways, don’t complain about it ITS NOT THE WORKERS FAULT!! they’re just doing their job, but she managed them well and was respectful good customer service!!“

“UPDATE: I’m going to keep my review up just so that way it can be seen, but I will update that the manager called me immediately the next day. She offered an opportunity to fix the bad experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it back before she left, but I did get back there to have my meal remade. They did remake my sandwich. But I had to pay for my husband’s to be remade, which is fine. I didn’t mention his order in the original order, even though it was on the receipt. The food was extremely better . It was very clear that they were spoke to.

Every time I come here I ask for fries well done. Or extra sauce on my sandwich. They never do it. Today the young lady rung up the wrong order. When we told her she said I’ll correct it even you get to the window. When I got my food it was wrong. Fries under cooked. Even after asking. I swear less sauce instead of extra sauce. Not busy. We were the first car for a min. We weren’t in a rush. So I don’t understand why this keeps happening.“

“11/5/24 - I just visited this panda express for the very first time, and I'm highly impressed with the customer service, food, and atmosphere. I ordered orange chic, fried rice, chow mein. It was packed and during lunch, but the handsome manager and entire staff were super fast and efficient. I agreed to wait for fresh fried rice, and I'm glad I did. It didn't take long and everything tasted delicious. The young man who bagged the takeout was very kind as well. Even the restroom was clean.

“all pandas are pretty much equal because they are chains and pretty consistent across the board. but sometimes you get a particular server who is beyond helpful and friendly and tonight i have to say that alexiia was that server.

she had service with a smile, offered me a drink because i had to wait a mere two minutes for some fresh orange chicken, and then made sure my food was packed up quickly and efficiently.

just had to point out that she was great.“
