The cashier was in training and did an excellent job. friendly, attentive, and eager to help. There was a small misunderstanding about a side of garlic bread, but the staff handled it right away and even offered a complimentary one to make it right. The food was absolutely delicious, and every member of the team was wonderful. Great service, great food, and an all-around amazing experience!“

“Small space, big wonderful flavors!!! This new location recently opened in North Palm Springs at the commercial plaza located at the corner of Sunrise and Vista Chino. The place is rather small, but they run a mighty operation! I ordered two subs using the Jersey Mike's App and they were ready for me to pick them up on time. Simply delicious food, and highly recommend it for lunch, brunch, and any occasion. Yum, yum, yum!“

“Tge delivery was 40 minutes past the time they said. I can live with that but tge pizza was literally cold to the touch. No one answers their phone, no way to contact them at all. Pretty sucky experience while in vacation!“

“all pandas are pretty much equal because they are chains and pretty consistent across the board. but sometimes you get a particular server who is beyond helpful and friendly and tonight i have to say that alexiia was that server.

she had service with a smile, offered me a drink because i had to wait a mere two minutes for some fresh orange chicken, and then made sure my food was packed up quickly and efficiently.

just had to point out that she was great.“

“11/5/24 - I just visited this panda express for the very first time, and I'm highly impressed with the customer service, food, and atmosphere. I ordered orange chic, fried rice, chow mein. It was packed and during lunch, but the handsome manager and entire staff were super fast and efficient. I agreed to wait for fresh fried rice, and I'm glad I did. It didn't take long and everything tasted delicious. The young man who bagged the takeout was very kind as well. Even the restroom was clean.

“I recently discovered this restaurant chain. I have to say, every time I come here, it's always for the same thing; Asada Quesadilla. I'm a quesadilla freak, and their carne asada quesadilla is a 9/10 for me. Their menu is very large, but Im only here for the quesadilla. Occasionally I also order a large horchata. I've never had a bad experience here.“

There were no napkins in the bag and none available in the dining room. There were no employees near the counter to ask for napkins once I realized I had none.“

“Came here the other night and they accidentally forgot one item and when I called to fix the situation manager Jose was extremely kind and understanding. When I went to pick up my missing item the young girl at the window and her coworkers were all amazing and very nice to me. Hope their boss sees this and knows they have good workers!!!
