“Jimmy John’s in Palm Desert has become one of my go-to spots for a great lunch, whether I’m eating in, meeting with a client, or picking up an order to take to a client’s office.

I brought a client in today and once again had a fantastic experience. I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap combo, and it was excellent—fresh, flavorful, filling, and an amazing value for the quality and portion. The sandwiches and wraps here are consistently great, service is quick, and everything is always fresh.

A big part of what makes this location stand out is owner Brian Murphy. Brian genuinely cares about his customers, provides excellent service, and takes pride in delivering a great experience and great value. That personal involvement makes a difference and is one of the reasons I continue coming back.

“First time at the Which Wich Shop. Small and clean shop, yet comfortable. The food is a bit pricey, but the food tasted very good. I love getting Tuna Melts, their tuna tasted fresh and I love the bread, it's not super thick but dense and filling. Would come back and try their other sandwiches.“

“Outgoing, friendly service. Ordered some dog bites and a cheese pretzel. The ones ready, behind the window, appeared burnt. I brought this to their attention and they immediately made me new ones within minutes! Great service and fluffy pretzel bread... YuM! Don't forget that refreshing drink!“

“My husband and I tried shake shack for the first time ever, and it was amazing!! The food was so good and fresh. John was amazing as well. He helped us order, answered all our questions, and he made us feel so welcomed. John brought our food to our table, asked us if we needed anything, and in between customers he would walk the floor and check on everyone. He was very sweet.“

“One of the best Del Tacos in the Coachella Valley. We ordered the 3 Layered Nachos that my niece absolutely loved and I ordered a Taco Salad. The Taco Salad was so beautifully put together that it almost looked gourmet. I didn't feel like I was eating fast food. I let the manager know we were very happy with the food and service. We will definitely be back to this Del Taco.“
