“5 stars for the excellent staff and comforting food! We stopped by for a quick lunch before heading to Ocotillo Wells and decided to grab some tacos. Jack in the Box tacos are my guilty pleasure, and these didn’t disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly friendly to everyone, like Chick-fil-A level customer service. It was such a great experience!“

“Decent little Taco Bell. Tastes just like home (Taco Bell). Stopped here with a friend during a road trip. The food was decent, the seating area was clean. The soda fountain functioned and they gave us plenty of hot sauces. Would eat here again!“

Burgers are solid as are many other dishes...Beer selection is great and the cocktails are good. Service is usually good but at times can be slower due to being very busy! “Stopped by on June 14 around 8:00 PM for takeout. The employees working that evening were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. They triple-checked my order to make sure everything was correct, which I really appreciated. Great service, great food, and a great experience. Five stars across the board!“

“I went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that helped me at the drive-thru was very interesting and talkative. He gave me a little small cup with a little bit of whipped cream in it for my little frontier had with me. Definitely will come back again!“

“Carne Asada Burrito

This burrito delivered one of the best carne flavors I’ve had in a while — the kind that transports you straight to Mexicali. Rich, well-seasoned meat that clearly wasn’t cutting corners.

The only thing holding it back from a perfect score was the tortilla. It just didn’t match the quality of what was inside — a bit underwhelming compared to the filling.

Still, this ranks among the better burritos I’ve had recently. If they nail the tortilla, this easily becomes a 5-star spot.“

“The food the atmosphere and the place itself all a fantastic experience in every way. We enjoy the full customizable level to the food in regards to the sauces simply add a sauce and transform your meal completely then next time add a different sauce and change it again fantastic.“

“My family and I are traveling from Arizona to Hollywood California and we stopped here at the loves gas station and decided to get the Carols Jr connected to the station. The manager Manuel was very helpful, cleaned our tables and made sure our food was fresh and quick. Definitely will stop here again for future travels.“

“Great food options for children and adults. We stopped in for breakfast, the burritos and pancakes were massive! The kids enjoyed the whipped cream & fruit on top. The burger was delicious and so was their club sandwich. If you like zucchini fries, they have some amazing zucchini fries as well. Give them a try if they’re an option.“

“I came to get lunch at the busiest time of the day and there was a Guy getting ten sandwiches and seven others waiting in line. The very nice employee named Jenny was working solo because the other employee was on mandatory break and Jenny quickly got everyone taken care of with a smile and kind words. Get that girl a raise, she deserves it.“

“I'm really happy to see this new location open. It's conveniently located near many of the stores I regularly visit and is easily accessible right off the freeway. I usually place mobile orders, and my food is typically ready by the time I arrive. The food has always been good, and I haven't had any issues with my orders.

During my most recent visit, however, I did experience a longer wait than usual at the pickup area. I stood waiting for several minutes before someone finally assisted me. While waiting, I noticed a few employees chatting in the back while several customers were in line and others were waiting for their food. It was a bit disappointing, as the service didn't match the efficiency I've experienced on previous visits.

Overall, I still enjoy this location because of its convenience and consistently good food. I hope the team can be a little more attentive during busy times to provide a better experience for everyone.“

“This ice cream parlor is so cute! Looks like a 70's diner and the interior colors are so pretty. I got a vanilla with peanuts and they added whipped cream and a cherry to my order. It tastes so good! A super sweet delight in the hot weather. I will be coming back tomorrow! Lol prices r also good“

“This hole in the wall should stay open longer and not close down before the evening dinner munchies hour. I ordered the cheeseburger combo, with potato fries, deep fried burrito, and a small date shake. The place is beat up but is full of that old school nostalgia and it's a very popular restaurant. The cheeseburger taste just like a McDonald's burger and everything is else was tasty too.“

“So far on our way to slab city… stopped at the last del taco before Mexicali. Off of 66th Mecca ca. Coolest dude ever! Very chill like told us it was shift change and we had no problem waiting.
