usually this place is fine. however today I stood at the counter waiting to be served and nothing. there wasn't a sign that said, "use kiosk". also I diont like the kiosk. it in the past has taken my money and didn't get my order. also the team that day could help me as there system was down. I had to come back. so today I waited. a guy then said he would be ight with me after the 2min mark as he took and completed a drive thru order. I mean what the heck. I stopped in on Tue 2-7 around 7:45 p.m. I just wanted to say I was impressed for a Taco Bell. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was made perfect. It was almost mind-blowing. I just want to say thank you for going the extra mile making sure the food was prepared correctly. It really does make a difference. Thank you
