Service was worse from drive thru , my order was like garbage in a small paper bag all stuff put in together so messy & gross . When I saw it The cashier “ Vanita” is mean person not even say sorry for mistake .
I love Taco Bell. The person that took my order. She didn't ask me if I wanted any taco sauce.

Service is basic at the till. The tacos have very minimal fillings, and the lobby is always so disgustingly dirty, both tables & floor.I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

What you would think a model store would be at a headquarters, very up to date and quality staff.Parking: Very clean and maintained parking lot.
Asked for no onions and I was 5miles away when I started to eat the burrito ?? and I found onion's in it and I hate onion other than that service was okay girl at window was pleasant just got me the wrong order I guess

Went this morning for 2 deluxe craving boxes. Good customer service from the lady with blue hair at the drive thru. Food was fine.

usually this place is fine. however today I stood at the counter waiting to be served and nothing. there wasn't a sign that said, "use kiosk". also I diont like the kiosk. it in the past has taken my money and didn't get my order. also the team that day could help me as there system was down. I had to come back. so today I waited. a guy then said he would be ight with me after the 2min mark as he took and completed a drive thru order. I mean what the heck. I waited more. still nothing. they just kept making orders and ignoring me. 5mins in I walked out. truly bad management of customers. I would have understood there busy had that at least made the effort to agnolage the waiting customer better.

I'd been driving for hours and decided to stay in Indio. My order was placed through Grubhub and took over one hour to arrive. I simply purchased three items, yet the employees failed to fulfill my request. This isn't rocket science!!!! When I called the store, one of the employees answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and then passed the call to another employer. When I informed the employee of my missing item. The staff stated, "call Grubhub to obtain a refund" and "things happen". Poor quality food, poor customer service, and inadequate management.
