“This lady that manages this location I've seen of her working for del taco years and I'm Happy & I'm proud of her for actually having her own store now to manage. I don't know if it's her own store but she's running it well and the services always great, and their service is always speedy even when short staff !! “Zareth was our cashier/server and took our order and was attentive to what I was asking for and gave no attitude like some workers there. She gave me the exact precise amount of sauces I asked for. Which is rare in this jack in the box location, overall gave us an amazing service with a genuine smile on her face.“

“I was stuck in traffic and had a delayed order to get to the drive through. I got there at near closing and John understood my issue and made my food even though I was really late to the drive through. I just thanked him that I appreciated him for processing my order despite it taking me so long to get to the drive through, and didn't let me go to bed hungery after a long day working. “I was not in a very good mood when I walked into this restaurant, but the lady who took my order was so pleasent and upbeat with me and all the customers that it compleatly changed my mood. Also while I waited for my coffee the manager came around the tables with a sample of a pineapple/Mango drink, delicious by the way, thank you both for changing my mood! Keep smiling 😁.

“Our food was good, the LONE worker there was amazing. We came with a large group on a Sunday afternoon and he didn't get flustered even though he had to make so many sandwiches, on top of trying to manage the drive through. He kept track of every sandwich in the oven and kept the line moving. We were all impressed. But we felt bad for him. We couldn't believe management would leave only ONE staff person there at lunchtime rush. Not only did it make the lines very long, but it's not safe! What if there's an accident? What if a customer gets mad or comes in crazy and there's no one to back up the worker? How is it fair to expect one employee to manage restocking food, make sandwiches, take cash, receive online orders, and run the drive thru? So I took away a star because of management, not because of the employee or the food.“
