“Just want to mention that the crew should have more training in being more attentive with the customers. Youd be standing for minutes at the front and you are being completely ignored, especially, the male dt order taker, the male manager never smiles, the other crew like the black young guy the same, he would go back n forth doing something but wont acknowledge you at all. I was a gral mgr in a fast food, started as a cashier promoted all the way to managerial so i know what im talking about. Thats it. Just more training pls“

I think the girl that helped me was Salma, but if it was not Salma, It is a girl whose name starts with an S. I wanted to say, thank you so much for your amazing service. I walked in and shared with you about a past experience I had at that same location and she apologized. Then she went on to assist me. She definitely knows what customer service is all about.
