“The only thing I have noticed over the past few visits spread over two months is the portions seen to be smaller, there's a lack of suggestive selling and this particular location wasn't aware of what the nice spice as advertised on TV was. Other than that, they work well as a team and there is no complications when ordering your meals. The store is clean and items well stocked, but not always "faced" to show the product labels which is the best in-store marketing. They get a B+ for total effort.“

“Stopped here on our way to Orange County and didn’t want the usual fast food but needed to get a quick meal. Sandwiches were great! Bread and ingredients were fresh! Will definitely come back if we are passing thru. Got the West Coast which came with a nice squaw bread and Beef Dip that came piping hot!“

“I'm a Jersey Mike's fan, but on Sept. 7, I'm a fan of the store on Monterey off the I-10. When I came in, they only had mini-sized bread left after a huge order. They were short on supplies, but went above and beyond. This store is lucky to have this staff that takes a lot of pride in it's customer service.“

“I ordered online and was expecting my order to be ready when I arrived, but I saw immediately they were very busy. No big deal, I waited about 5 mins and I was on My way. My sub cost a little bit more than Subways but it was much larger than subways. I was very pleased. Service score would've been 5 stars if it was ready on time because i was on my lunch break. ?“

Founded by firefighters , they have a foundation set up for pulic safty so you can donate by rounding up your change or buy a pickle bucket for 3 bucks !!!! “New menu being pushed and the veggie delight is only listed under children's meal.Had to request new fresh lettuce as what little was left was looking brown on the edges and limp. On two separate visits the items weren't marked as to what was inside meaning they had to be opened to check what each was. Being vegan, not interested in their"new ones" as everything in front of you are the same cheese and veggies to put on your sandwich.Prices went up $1.00 for the 6" veggie inn the past year.“

“Came during lunch rush, there were only two girls working the line. Despite how crazy busy they were they had a smile and were quick. The food was freshly delicious. The young ladies greeting everyone as they walked in. Will definitely come back.Having friendly fast workers is a plus“
