“I live closer to the subway on Yucaipa blvd by Vons but they are rude, slow, and the place looks dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. People do not wash their hands after handling money at the register, they just proceed with putting on gloves. That is why I make the drive to this Subway by the 10fwy. The customer service is great and they keep the place clean.“

“They typically make very well crafted sandwiches. Typically good service. But I probably will not go there again because they told me after I placed my order that they are not accepting subway coupons. They expressed that they are not participating in the coupons. I typically always come there using a coupon that comes in the mail but suddenly they are no longer taking them and expected me to pay Full price once they told me they are not taking coupons anymore for the first time when I already had my sandwich made and was ready to pay. Hopefully some other subway in the area actually takes the coupons that they mail out.If you are willing to pay full price even though you have a coupon, this subway otherwise does a great job.“

But I swear it's too damn HOT IN THERE! I literally leave this place sweating. And don't let the line get long because your guaranteed to feel uncomfortable in there. I've witnessed people walk out of this place during the summer.. it's HORRIBLE! Today the back of my shirt was actually wet when I left, and a few customers were telling me that it's been like this for a long time??? “This is by far the BEST Subway around!! The Manager Claudia is amazing, kind and caring to her staff and customers trains! She trains her workers with care and it shows in the staff and the sandwiches/food! The bread and ingredients are always fresh, the staff always kind, and its always clean! I've had my sandwich made by most of the day shift and every bite is always delicious and filled with love! I look forward to eating here a couple times a week and look forward to chatting with the kind workers. (I drive past my local subway who's bread is always old, hard n stale and their ingredients aren't fresh and their customer service is horrible at Wabash location. I drive miles away to get my sandwiches here at Orange street! Please support them! You won't be sorry! The staff always brighten my day!!!)
