“Limited choices on bread, shredded mozzarella, and you have to pay more for the other cheeses. And oh yeah, they're closed on Sundays like ChickFilA. They take orders through the kiosk and app, no phone or in person orders. Plastic only! Cashless society much? I don't recommend them based on my experience yesterday with Corey. So I accidentally ordered 3 subs instead of 2, and I tried to call to void the order. Because I was unable to hear him clearly, he has the nerve to get nasty and curse at me. That's no way you treat a customer! I asked if I would be charged for the voided sub, and I only asked to be sure. Negative experience! Corey has a lot to learn in keeping his composure and not lose his cool. He can't even act professional, instead he acts immature. I hope their business fails, they aren't worth the drive.“

“My sister and I ate lunch there today and it was delicious!!! Great atmosphere sitting on the patio in the alley, and the food was great!! We had the mushroom Swiss grilled cheese and the artichoke dip grilled cheese with tater tots and fried zucchini. We are definitely going back!!!“

“I live closer to the subway on Yucaipa blvd by Vons but they are rude, slow, and the place looks dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. People do not wash their hands after handling money at the register, they just proceed with putting on gloves. That is why I make the drive to this Subway by the 10fwy. The customer service is great and they keep the place clean.“

“Whenever I need a good Cheesesteak fix, Charleys does the trick. Right now, the have a small Chicken Cheesesteak combo for 9.99 that is a great value. Sandwich, fries, and a drink is very filling!
In a time where it's expensive to eat, and even Charleys can be expensive, that combo is divine and right on time.
I have yet to try the wings, but this location has never disappointed when it comes to the quality and quantity of food I receive.“

But I probably will not go there again because they told me after I placed my order that they are not accepting subway coupons. They expressed that they are not participating in the coupons. I typically always come there using a coupon that comes in the mail but suddenly they are no longer taking them and expected me to pay Full price once they told me they are not taking coupons anymore for the first time when I already had my sandwich made and was ready to pay. I had to take a moment to recognize Ariana for her amazing service tonight. I stopped by Subway to get one of my favorite (and very specific 😅) veggie sandwiches, and it was pretty busy when I walked in. I noticed she was the only one making sandwiches, yet she handled the entire line with such patience, kindness, and care.

When it was my turn, even with all my picky requests, Ariana didn’t hesitate or make me feel rushed at all. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—and honestly, it was one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve had!

What really stood out was her work ethic and attitude. No matter how long the line got, she stayed positive, attentive, and treated every customer with the same level of care.

I wish I could have left a tip, but since that wasn’t an option, I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves here.
