This is my Jersey Mike’s. Great place!!!
I placed a mobile app order at 6:30pm for 3 cold subs. It was supposed to be ready at 7:14pm. I showed up and was told the order isn’t ready just yet. I did not walk out with my full order until 7:37pm.
To wait over an hour from the time I placed my order, to arrive sit and wait for my order, to walk out with it.
Unacceptable. You had 4 workers clocked in and apparently the 3 groups of people who ordered walking in, their orders were priority over mine.
