“I had a great experience here today. I live in the mountains, so the last time I had a Jersey Mike's was at the new lake arrowhead location. Up there, if I ask them for a California club, they look at me as if I had just asked them to solve a quadratic equation. Here, I walk right up and ask for a California club, and I get a "you got it!" Very refreshing. The girl who was making my sandwich Mike's way noticed a little glob of mayo on one of the tomatoes and promptly discarded it. Great quality management. The store was clean, my food was delicious and fresh, and the employees were friendly and got the small line down to a trickle fast. Great job, guys! I will definitely be coming back here when I am down here!“
“When you first walk in, it's kind of like a subway shop but you choose from the menu like what kind of meats you would like but there's also a list of items you can add in your sub. A normal sub comes with tomato, lettuce, onion, mayo and mustard but you can either add or substitute any other options such as no mayo add siracha or honey mustard. In my opinion everything is amazing and always fresh, you can't go wrong here! Will always come here for my sandwich cravings!“

“I went here with my family at about 4:30pm on Monday. The girl workers were super sweet and helpful answering questions about the confusing menu. We had quite a few sandwiches, but they were made quickly with no attitude (like I've gotten from other Subway employees elsewhere). The service was excellent, as were the sandwiches. The store also looks really clean every time I come in. I've come to this location often, and unfortunately it's really hot in the restaurant every time. I know it's not the employees fault, but subway prices have gone up way too much. $3 for bottled water is ridiculous!! I can say with certainty, the Sub Series Menu sucks. It makes it so hard to find the normal, classic sandwiches that we'd like to order. A simple Tuna sandwich is my favorite, and it was so difficult to even find that on the menu. Overall though, nice restaurant, excellent workers, and good food.“
“I want to leave a positive review even though my sandwich was mad incorrectly, which seems to be a reoccurring issue after reading other reviews. With that being said, the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue once I returned to pick up my correct order. They were friendly, quick, and made me laugh with their banter behind the counter. “I went to subway for dinner and had an excellent experience. A young woman with nose piercings on both sides was very amicable and patient. I was placing an order for my grandfather who can take a moment to hear and verbalize what he wants. She did not rush us and gave us her complete attention. It means the world to me when people can recognize certain situations and spread a little compassion my way. The subway menu changed, but majority of the sandwiches are the same under a new name. The meatball marinara is always a classic! I also tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with jalapeño bread. They remodeled the inside of the restaurant, so it's very nice and appealing.The prices aren't the $5 subs my grandpa remembers, but paying $12 for a sandwich is crazy. I rather pay an extra couple bucks and get a full entree with two sides at a restaurant. Three 6 inch subs & three drinks came out to around $36. No avocado was added. No cookies or chips. The customer service was the main thing that made me overlook the price! Shoutout to the sweet workers here.“
“Theron's has got great food with a little something for everyone. At the time of this review you can order stacked sandwiches, huge salads, Hawaiian food, Mexican and of course, what I feel Theron's rich and creamy frozen custard. I take the fam here and we order one of each cuisine; there's something for each of my picky kids.“
