“This is hands down the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to! Everything was spotless, organized, and well maintained, which immediately stood out to me.

The young man behind the counter was moving QUICK! He was efficient, friendly, and provided great customer service. Even while working fast, he still took the time to make sure our sandwiches were made exactly how we wanted them.

We ordered the Italian B.M.T. and a turkey sandwich, and I’m literally eating mine as I type this review. It’s fresh, delicious, and made perfectly!

“The regular pastrami sandwich is HUGE and at the time of this review, about $12. The whole role and succulent meat must have weighed about a pound. The pastrami was not too salty or fatty and pretty tender, like properly cooked pastrami should be. We ordered a small fries (my lesson was learned the last time I came when I ordered a large onion rings and got a literal sackfull) and that was enough for two people. The place is good value and definitely on my list for a quick return.“

They take orders through the kiosk and app, no phone or in person orders. Plastic only! Cashless society much? I don't recommend them based on my experience yesterday with Corey. So I accidentally ordered 3 subs instead of 2, and I tried to call to void the order. Because I was unable to hear him clearly, he has the nerve to get nasty and curse at me. That's no way you treat a customer! I asked if I would be charged for the voided sub, and I only asked to be sure. Negative experience! Corey has a lot to learn in keeping his composure and not lose his cool. He can't even act professional, instead he acts immature. I hope their business fails, they aren't worth the drive.“

“My gf has celiac and the girls at this location (Mia, Mari, and Danielle, Magiu) were so patient and kind and we received probably the very best service I’ve ever had in an establishment.

They all repeatedly switched gloves, triple checked ingredients, and went above and beyond. They exceeded any expectations that I had and to top it off, they were just so incredibly nice and warm.

My gf cried when she got into the car because she’s usually embarrassed when needing to ask for accommodations and those girls left such an impression on her. She felt like a human and we just can’t thank you all enough for employing such wonderful human beings. I will def be back, celiac or not.“

“We recently tried the beef sandwich here and it was really good! The beef was flavorful, tender, and packed nicely into the bread. Every bite was satisfying and filling. It’s definitely something I would order again.

The drinks were also a highlight. They were refreshing and paired perfectly with the sandwich. It made the whole meal even more enjoyable.

Another thing we appreciated was how clean the restroom was. It’s always a good sign when a place keeps everything well-maintained.

The only small downside is that there are only a few seats available if you want to dine in, so it can feel a bit limited during busy times. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again!“

I've gone to other Mike's subs and they have terrible customer service, but this one is truly the best! One time I came in 8:50 pm cause I worked late and wanted to eat something and they were really kind and even gave me the managers discount.“

“We love their pastrami sandwiches and options for smaller sandwich sizes. The pastrami is usually of good quality without being too chewy or stringy. The Fontana, CA, location has the added bonus of having Baskin Robbin’s paired with it.“

“I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, and this one is by far the best. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. They greet customers with a smile and make the sandwiches just right.

What really stands out is the value. I noticed the prices here are lower than most other locations around , which is a nice bonus. “This is my edited/updated review. I was promised a free sandwich after ordering my first sandwich from the app. I did it, but no free sandwich, the staff didn't know why and couldn't help.
I had a different sandwich from my first visit, it was fresh but woefully short on meat unlike my first sandwich. Im quite put off jimmy John's for now.

“This was genuinely the best experience I've ever had at any fast food place I didn't catch his name but He was a little chubby, not to be rude and he had a little bit of a beard I wanna say, I work at Autozone pretty close to it. I went on my lunch break. He was genuinely the best worker up in there I was like a kid on Christmas Day watching him prepare that sandwich he genuinely needs to be promoted to the CEO of the company or something like that.
