Came in on a Saturday when they first opened. We realize big orders take time. We didn’t know we needed a 24 hr ahead of time to make an order. We decided to go with a smaller order but we were charged more than if we got a big order. The girl who took our order seemed very irritated that she had to even make it. This is my edited/updated review. I was promised a free sandwich after ordering my first sandwich from the app. I did it, but no free sandwich, the staff didn't know why and couldn't help.
I had a different sandwich from my first visit, it was fresh but woefully short on meat unlike my first sandwich. Im quite put off jimmy John's for now.

Is it supposed to take 19 mins for a mobile order with a 15% tip? My first bad experience at this jimmy johns. Must have changed staff?
