“The regular pastrami sandwich is HUGE and at the time of this review, about $12. The whole role and succulent meat must have weighed about a pound. The pastrami was not too salty or fatty and pretty tender, like properly cooked pastrami should be. We ordered a small fries (my lesson was learned the last time I came when I ordered a large onion rings and got a literal sackfull) and that was enough for two people. The place is good value and definitely on my list for a quick return.“

“Been a local to Alta Loma for 40 years and this location has always been a staple. Love it for the nostalgia (it being a childhood favorite) and they also have pictures up of the Rancho Cucamonga/Alta Loma area from the early 1900s which is fun to see at local restaurants. The sandwiches have never been a disappointment, and always been a fan of the cole slaw and potato salad. In the past year or so, they added draft beer which is an excellent addition.“

“Thought this was gonna be some overpriced panera type place. It was actually very tasty and the food was high quality. The heirloom BLT and the goat cheese salad was 100% worth the price. Pesto pasta was pretty good too. Ill likely be back again. Theres very limited parking and seating though so keep that in mind.“

“I have been here twice and I will keep coming back. The bread is the best! When you take a bite of your sub you get an outside crunch with a nice softness on the inside. Best part you can buy the long sourdough loafs at checkout. I had the beef brisket and it was the best sandwich I ever had. Excellent combo of cabbage slaw and sauce…just the bomb no other words. As an aside the lemon cookie was really something I did not know how much I would enjoy. I never envisioned a lemon cookie before and now that too is one of the food items that will keep me coming back to Sourdough & Co. Yes you may pay a bit more, but the quality and amount of food is worth the price.“
