“The initial mistake is that my wife told me that she placed the order under my name. When I entered the store there were four employees behind the counter, exactly one order in the pickup area, and zero pending orders on the counter. When I was greeted, I gave my name and told them I was picking up an order. The first girl glanced at the pickup order, then they all froze a moment. Their eyes kind of glossed over and I could actually see their brains begin to spit out error messages. They began to wander about in little circles approximately three feet around their starting positions, their faces gone slack and without expression. One girl meandered over to the walk-in cooler, opened the door and sort of leaned in, tilting her head in the same way that your dog does when he pretends he's listening to you when you know full well that he doesn't understand a single word you're saying. Finally, one clerk thought to ask the first girl, "What was the name?" I repeated my full name and she said, "There's another order there with the same last name." VICTORY!!! Aside from the initial confusion (which gave me quite a laugh) the service was quick, professional, and cheerfully polite. My food was great and was prepared exactly as ordered. Thanks, Jersey Mike's, for an amusing experience.“

“Glad I found Tony's French Dips in Downtown Pomona. I was lucky enough to meet the owner that still makes the sandwiches the right way. They have been open since the 1950's and still serving the Pomona community with their amazing sandwiches. I had the 50/50 Pastrami and Beef dip, both are amazing the Pastrami with mustard and pickles had to be my favorite and the dip was perfect! Come to Tony's French Dip!“
“Been coming to this little mom and pop (literally!) Sandwich shop for 19 years...I used to come once a week for like a decade...now I try to not eat bread alot so I only get my ABTC w/x pickles about once a month...if ya know ya know...and now ya know! Oh they sell salads too (but I deserve a lil' bread now and again! Sheesh...) Support local...support small businesses too“
“I'm a vegetarian and I love sandwiches.Throw some veggies and cheese on bread and I don't need more than that. This place goes way beyond my standard - they have so many vegetarian options and my sandwich was delicious! New favorite sandwich place.They are unfortunately expensive ($18 for one sandwich and small bag of chips) so not somewhere that I would go regularly for lunch. Therefore, I took off one star. But 5 stars for food and service.“

“Food is served fast, always hot and delicious. Been coming here for years now and they are consistent and always great to see familiar faces. Eventhough they are famous for their Pastrami I am hooked on the Double Cheese Burger with Chili. If ya get fries a small has a rather decent portion to feed a couple of folks. Their chili is also great for the order they make of chili cheese fries ?“
“Delicious and the service was great! I've been to a few other locations and I think people are sleeping on this location in particular. The staff were lovely. The cookies were served warm and the sandwiches consistently deliver with the freshest ingredients. You can't go wrong with the pest sundried tomato or the banh mi. So yum!“

They truly went above and beyond in hospitality, especially with the care, kindness and time. The subs they prepared where just beyond amazing, we got to say the subs are by far the best! Thanks to Firehouse Subs for having such amazing team members like Lana and Ethan, they truly made our first time over all amazing!
