“I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!“

“April (store associate) is who made my visit....I ordered catering, which through Subway's backend system apparently causes a delay when transmitting to the store. That didn't stop April and the team from having my order ready on time in convenient packaging!Everything wasn't exactly as ordered (veggies on the sandwich when no veggies were requested) but everything received was high-quality, ready to eat, and in a thoughtful presentation. I'll be back, they make catering easy and it was a fan favorite for the large team who devoured it!“

“This place is by FAR the BEST subs I have had. I first tried them back in like 2000/01 at there old location in Azuza. I live out by San Bernardino and drive here just for a sub that's how good they are. Bacon, avocado, turkey the best in my opinion. Hope they continue their legacy for years to come. “You will never get a sub quite as lovely as these. I don’t know why they’re so good, maybe fresh bread and fresh ingredients IDK but Turkey extra chili is my fave!! Mom loves Milanesa and the fried sides are YUMM too! I learned how to make my voice heard at the old little market. The big construction men at lunch time would be shouting out their orders. I was 11 years old and had to shout my order too!! Been a patron since 1982!!“

“Bathroom was clean and smelled good despite the frequent traffic. I have never had anything but pastramis and fries from the hat but the turkey burger was recommended by my aunt.

I am not a fan of turkey or turkey burgers but I tried it anyway. It was delicious and juicy. Probably the best burger I’ve had all year.“

“The Hat has been on my list since I moved to SoCal. Today I finally had the opportunity to try it and it did not disappoint!
The bread was soft and the pastrami was excellent! Just a hint of smoke and super tender and juicy. The onion rings and fries were good ....and you get a TON!
We finished off with an Orange Bang - which took us straight to our childhood.

“Went there for a sandwich. It was my first time at Jersey Mike's. I noticed a whole section of the menu was dedicated to Philly cheese sandwiches. The portions were generous and the staff did everything they could that made me feel at home.“

“It was a pleasure being assisted by JERRY he’s always on point. I’d rather go to this place than any other. He always greets u upon arrival. He’s quick, pleasant, smiles, has small conversation while preparing your food. He’s very friendly and a hard worker. Sadly the workers have to deal with running out of supplies. “This is one of those local gem mom and pop restaurants that everyone loves. Great sandwiches, great onion rings and good prices. The restaurant itself it a little dated and the owners say very little, but the food speaks for itself. I've been coming here since I was a kid and will continue coming until I no longer can.

All of their food is consistently good—fresh, flavorful, and well-made—but those Sunday shrimp burritos are easily the star of the menu. Decent prices, can actually get lunch for under 10$ I got a cheeseburger and Arnold palmer today and it was $8.67

She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. “I went today and had a #7 which is a Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan. I had it Mike’s Way with the “juice” which makes it delicious. I added mayo and cpr which is cherry pepper relish. It gives it a little kick and makes it tastes even better. This was the time I tried the relish and I love it. I received great service and the location was clean and pleasant. Thank you Jersey Mike’s I will be back again soon.“

“Ordered food for my daughter’s school through DoorDash. I needed the sandwiches to be cut in thirds and the app wouldnt let me customize so I called the store directly. They were so lovely. Said no problem they would handle it. Not only did they cut them but they also called to me say the sandwiches were picked up on the way to my daughter’s school. They went above and beyond. I will definitely order with them again. Absolutely spot on customer service.“

“Does Jersey Mike’s offers great sandwiches prices are a little extreme even with all the inflation. I feel like Jersey Mike’s put tariffs on all their subways. A giant is $20 now crazy crazy crazy if it wasn’t for the prices, I’d come more often, but I probably only come here like twice a year. The parking is very limited. City Of Industry is always jampacked with traffic. Colima Boulevard is terrible. It’s in a very hidden spot even then they’re still very busy on the weekends.“

I had a great experience at this Subway location. The food was fresh and prepared just the way I like it — plenty of crisp veggies, soft bread, and the perfect amount of sauce. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient, making sure my order was correct and exactly to my liking.

The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, including the counters, dining area, and drink station. Everything looked tidy and organized, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“Charleys is located in the Food Court of Plaza West Covina. I ordered here as haven’t had their Philly cheesesteak in such a long time. Service was perfunctory but efficient. It’s a walk up kiosk to place order and pick up. There are many tables and chairs for dine in, but the place gets packed on the weekends. The high ceiling and glass windows lend brightness to the area.

The original cheesesteak was delicious, I prefer the bread to be more toasted. The fries were nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. I don’t go to the mall that often but I’d definitely visit Charley’s again when I do.“
