“I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!“

“The toaster does not work. Everytime I get a toasted sandwich, it comes out lukewarm at best and I don't want to bother them to do it multiple times. Only go here if you're in the mood for a cold sandwich. Management, please replace the toaster, the bread never gets toasted. Food is okay, other than that.“

And let me talk about the potato salad because somebody momma PUT. HER. FOOT. IN. IT. 😂👏🏾 It tasted like my mom made it daily…CHEF’S KISS. The pasta salad is good too! Actually, ask them how they would eat everything. Trust me…they will not lead you astray.

I brought my dad with me and we got our food to go. Baby…that food did not make it past the parking lot. 😂😂 We were supposed to take it home. Supposed to. The plan changed somewhere between the front door and the car.

The shop is small, but somehow you don’t want to leave. And the people working there? Some of the friendliest, funniest people. You can genuinely tell they enjoy working there and actually enjoy meeting and talking with their customers. That kind of energy is rare.

I was literally trying to poach them to come open a spot where I work…THAT is how good they are. 😂 If I’m trying to recruit your entire operation, you know the food is doing what it needs to do.

Gen Z would probably say the place has AURA. My millennial colleagues would say this place is BUSSIN. Either way…The Garden Deli is THAT GIRL. 😂🔥

Catch them now while you still can because I have ZERO doubt they’re going to blow up. Get your sandwich, get the potato salad, get the pasta salad, ask them what they recommend and trust the process.

And please…don’t sleep on this place. Your taste buds deserve better than a footlong wrapped in sadness. 😂“

“You will never get a sub quite as lovely as these. I don’t know why they’re so good, maybe fresh bread and fresh ingredients IDK but Turkey extra chili is my fave!! Mom loves Milanesa and the fried sides are YUMM too! I learned how to make my voice heard at the old little market. The big construction men at lunch time would be shouting out their orders. I was 11 years old and had to shout my order too!! Been a patron since 1982!!“

“Okay… I’m just gonna say it: this burger puts In-N-Out to shame! 😂 The burger was SO juicy, with that beautiful sear on the patty that gave it such an amazing flavor. The pickles were delicious, and that Thousand Island dressing tied the whole burger together perfectly. And that toasted bun?! 🤌🏽🔥 Everything just worked.

The fries were also so good—nice and crispy on the outside while still soft and fluffy on the inside. Exactly how I like my fries!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and seriously satisfying. I came hungry and left VERY happy. 😂

“Fast service. They take the orders in and serve you at the table. We sat outside. We ordered pastrami and Banh mi which were delicious. Also, it comes with spring salad with a couple pieces of oranges and crumbled feta which complemented the sandwich well.“

“When i first walked in, I was unsure.... But when we order and our food came WOW!! I want to start to say thank you to the cook, im thinking hes the owner? Well thank you for amazing service.. the food and customer care.. he brought our food out, and he saw my son was having a nose bleed, and he quickly without me asking, he brought him ice so he can put on his head. “PASTRAMI BAHN MI! Before Gold Bahn, I've never had real pastrami until this place. You have to get it Gold standard. The combination of fresh veggies and cilantro along with pickled carrots, pickled onions, chicken liver pate, garlic aoli and mustard is a flavor combination that marries beautifully with the housemade smoky pastrami in a symphony of savory, sweet, tart, fresh and crispy bites. Each one leaving you eager for the next bite. The pastrami just melts in your mouth with each chew. I never thought I'd like pastrami until I've had it here. My only complaint is i wished they has used a better cut of pastrami for my sandwich. I've only had the sliced deli pastrami in hot and cold sandwiches and I've always thought they were over salty and briny. THIS! OMG! This was heaven in a sandwich. The ingenious idea to put pastrami I'm a Bahn Mi, ridiculously delicious. We also had the charming Bahn mi which was very different than other places I've had but also a winner as well. I should have gotten that one Gold Standard as well. Pork was very tender and melt in your mouth as well. The Crispy Pork Belly Bahn mi I had to say I did not enjoy at all. The skin was definitely crispy, however the meat was very, very dry. Not sure if the bread used for that sandwich was older bread but it felt like chewing a rubber tire. Just stay away from the crispy pork belly. Sounds good but is terrible. Could have just been a bad batch that day. But gotta give the win to Pastrami. Very well made and is incredible.“

“I travel 3 miles to this Subway due to its friendly staff and safe environment. Parking is more convenient, and there's less traffic. Service is quick, and the food is enjoyable. The store is impeccably clean, rated 10/10, with a clean, password-protected restroom. Overall, I highly recommend this location for both dining in and takeout.“

Said no problem they would handle it. Not only did they cut them but they also called to me say the sandwiches were picked up on the way to my daughter’s school. They went above and beyond. Decent prices, can actually get lunch for under 10$ I got a cheeseburger and Arnold palmer today and it was $8.67

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. The sandwich was quite filling, with chunky chicken and plenty of cranberries. I removed half the cranberries for personal taste.

“Pretty simple and efficient setup for some very healthy and delicious food. You pretty much serve yourself. As you walk in, there are a few ordering monitors to take your orders. You pay at the same time and take a numbering table-stand to identify your table so they can bring you the food.

The interior is very clean and staff very friendly. The wide selection means you can always try something new or just stick to whatever is your favorite. “It is a good Subway restaurant! This one is conveniently located in Bronco Student Center, in the food court! I have purchased meals, several times, when I was taking my last course in Cal Poly Pomona. Therefore, it was in 2018 Summer. Usually, during regular time, there would be crowds near this establishment. So, I would go across the street to Subway. Nevertheless, that summer, it was not crowded, and lines were not long. Of course, things might have changed, since I have been here a long time ago. Still, I would recommend to stop by here, before U-Hour, or after U-Hour. The prices are the same, as with any other Subway restaurant.“
