“I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!“

“The toaster does not work. Everytime I get a toasted sandwich, it comes out lukewarm at best and I don't want to bother them to do it multiple times. Only go here if you're in the mood for a cold sandwich. Management, please replace the toaster, the bread never gets toasted. Food is okay, other than that.“

“This place is by FAR the BEST subs I have had. I first tried them back in like 2000/01 at there old location in Azuza. I live out by San Bernardino and drive here just for a sub that's how good they are. Bacon, avocado, turkey the best in my opinion. Hope they continue their legacy for years to come. A must come try!“

“The manager knows my order from memory. I haven’t had an issue with the food, the staff, or the environment thus far. I’ve been coming here for a while now. The staff is always nice and informative. Restaurant is always clean without odor. Food is always good and fresh. They’re also willing to make small modifications to the food items. Sometimes it cost extra and sometimes it doesn’t. Those sweet potato’s are 🔥. Fresh juices are always good. Only I don’t like is the sodas mainly because I don’t like craft sodas from anywhere. I also don’t drink soda.“

“You will never get a sub quite as lovely as these. I don’t know why they’re so good, maybe fresh bread and fresh ingredients IDK but Turkey extra chili is my fave!! Mom loves Milanesa and the fried sides are YUMM too! I learned how to make my voice heard at the old little market. The big construction men at lunch time would be shouting out their orders. I was 11 years old and had to shout my order too!! Been a patron since 1982!!“

“A co-worker that used to come up and play ice hockey in his teens told me about this place. He told me I will not regret and order the pastrami. He was right !! Love the nostalgic set up..everything along the 210 still has that Americana flavor..“

“The Hat has been on my list since I moved to SoCal. Today I finally had the opportunity to try it and it did not disappoint!
The bread was soft and the pastrami was excellent! Just a hint of smoke and super tender and juicy. The onion rings and fries were good ....and you get a TON!
We finished off with an Orange Bang - which took us straight to our childhood.

“This is the 3rd Ike’s I have been to, and they always serve up quality, delicious sandwiches that are quick and convenient. Brought them on a road trip the next day and still tasty. The interior is very clean and staff very friendly. The wide selection means you can always try something new or just stick to whatever is your favorite. This location is in a very busy plaza so takes some time to find parking on Friday evenings.“

Decent prices, can actually get lunch for under 10$ I got a cheeseburger and Arnold palmer today and it was $8.67

“Ordered food for my daughter’s school through DoorDash. I needed the sandwiches to be cut in thirds and the app wouldnt let me customize so I called the store directly. They were so lovely. Said no problem they would handle it. Not only did they cut them but they also called to me say the sandwiches were picked up on the way to my daughter’s school. They went above and beyond. “I went today and had a #7 which is a Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan. I had it Mike’s Way with the “juice” which makes it delicious. I added mayo and cpr which is cherry pepper relish. It gives it a little kick and makes it tastes even better. This was the time I tried the relish and I love it. I received great service and the location was clean and pleasant. “Charleys is located in the Food Court of Plaza West Covina. I ordered here as haven’t had their Philly cheesesteak in such a long time. Service was perfunctory but efficient. It’s a walk up kiosk to place order and pick up. There are many tables and chairs for dine in, but the place gets packed on the weekends. The high ceiling and glass windows lend brightness to the area.

The original cheesesteak was delicious, I prefer the bread to be more toasted. The fries were nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. I don’t go to the mall that often but I’d definitely visit Charley’s again when I do.“

“Amazing subway restaurant. The staff is kind and helpful. I ordered a meat ball foot long along with a chocolate chip cookie and they were tasty. The place is very clean and the atmosphere and service are great, my only complaint is that they didn't slice my footlong in half. I didn't tell them because I didn't notice until I got back to work. But I will definitely bring it to their attention. Other than that overall it's a good restaurant.“
