I come here for the vanilla ca phe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee). It's probably my favorite place to get it, even tho it's pretty sweet with the condensed milk. The atmosphere feels like an Asian market cafe with small groceries & coffee cans in the center, but it feels smaller & cozy for the older folks to hang out with their buddies inside & outside. They were very helpful explaining some ingredients on the sandwiches, getting a gift card takes a little longer, they have to get a supervisor to issue one. Sandwiches are really good.Parking: Parking is around back. I didn't have any problems finding a space to park.

Had Grilled Pork and Combination Sandwich. Service is fast, but once in a while, people in the back preparing sandwiches may not get the order information when is too busy and your order could be skipped, but eventually they will get to your order. If an order takes more than 20 minutes, that's the most likely scenario. You can buy lottery tickets here.
