“You will never get a sub quite as lovely as these. I don’t know why they’re so good, maybe fresh bread and fresh ingredients IDK but Turkey extra chili is my fave!! Mom loves Milanesa and the fried sides are YUMM too! I learned how to make my voice heard at the old little market. The big construction men at lunch time would be shouting out their orders. I was 11 years old and had to shout my order too!! Been a patron since 1982!!“

“What a hidden gem! I had the Sunrise Sandwich customized with roast beef instead of bacon, sourdough instead of a croissant, scrambled egg, and provolone. Absolute perfection. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and their signature aioli brought it all together. I would’ve posted a photo, but I absolutely destroyed the sandwich before I even thought about it. Trust me, it was beyond delicious. The portions are huge—I’m taking the other half home, labeling it, and I will literally throw hands if anyone touches it. I already can’t wait to finish it. I’m still blown away that we have a place like this in El Monte. Such an upgrade from the usual Subway or Jersey Mike’s. Great quality, generous portions, and definitely worth what you’re paying. “This is one of those local gem mom and pop restaurants that everyone loves. Great sandwiches, great onion rings and good prices. The restaurant itself it a little dated and the owners say very little, but the food speaks for itself. I've been coming here since I was a kid and will continue coming until I no longer can.

Parking: Free parking but limited parking spaces.“

“Today (3-09-25) I went to this El Monte Subway and was attended by Jacob. He could not be more professional, courteous, helpful, or friendlier than he was. He helped us the entire time with a smile on his face. A better employee you'd be hard pressed to find. And the food was the best I've ever had from any Subway restaurant. If you're reading this, Jacob, thank you for you fantastic service. I hope you're there next time I go. And to all the patrons that intend to visit this location in El Monte, I highly recommend that you ask for Jacob. You won't regret it.“

“9/16/26 I met a friend here today. It was a quick decision to come here. I was in the area and my friend was available. I ordered a head on the app. I remembered I had enough points for a regular size sandwich. I never had been to this location before, so I was glad to try a new Jersey Mike's. The workers here were really nice. I forgot to click no onions on my order, but luckily I caught that in time so the guy said he wouldn't put any onions on there as I told him I have an allergy! The store was really clean inside and out. The temperature inside was nice and it was great that we got to sit here for my friends work lunch hour. So the sandwich I ordered was the number eight, which is the Club sub. The three proteins on this are turkey ham, and bacon. This is my favorite sandwich here! This place did a really good job of making it! I definitely recommend this place!“

“Hello, my names owen. This is my review of the Subway i love. First, basics. The girls there are very busy, but make it on time to serve you your sandwich. Honestly they can multitask so good, it makes my brother seem slow. Paola, however, the BEST of the best. She has Patience, and certainly the heart to be doing this. 24 hours a day. The food here isnt soggy, or smelly, but actually fresh. I love it here and very fast to go. Enjoy your stay here!“
