They took about 4 times longer to make our lunch with a staff of 4 employees, Maria in Norco took care of a much longer line faster and friendlier working alone!“

Fast forward a couple decades and I had several unhappy experiences, so I'd pretty much given up.
Went to San Jose a few years ago to visit friends and they insisted I try a local Togo's. It was great - just as good as I remembered. Since then I've tried several stores near home and they've fixed whatever mistakes they were making at corporate.
I've only got two of them within 30 miles, but when I'm near one of them, chances are I'll drop in for a sandwich.
