I’ve never really been a sandwich person, but the other day I left my studio and realized I hadn’t eaten all day. I was planning to work out later, so I needed something healthy but not too heavy. I decided to give West Coast Sourdough a try and ordered the 4-inch peppered turkey sandwich with everything, served warm.

When do locations that are coming soon post a date for their soft opening and grand opening? When will they update the website?

West Coast Sourdough is a clean place with friendly staff and great service. The atmosphere is really liked, and the food is fantastic—you can’t really go wrong on the menu. Many options for salads and sandwiches are freshly made, with different sizes and flatbread choices. The grilled chicken pesto and pastrami sandwiches were super delicious, and the tomato bisque and clam chowder soups were also really good. The sourdough chicken pesto sandwich tasted fresh and warm, and the 4-inch peppered turkey sandwich with everything, served warm and toasted, was soooo good. The first made sourdough bread is especially delicious. You get a good sized portion for the money spent, and service is always excellent and fast. Never a long wait, but you can call it in and have your sandwich ready by the time you get there—just give them a 15 to 30 minute window. Overall, just a great place.
