I was visiting my sister and mom. This is a Starbucks that my sister and mom frequently visits. My sister has a disability.
During my visit, The staff at this Strarbucks (David and Stephanie) went above and beyond to make my sister and mom feel so incredibly welcome. They always greet them by name and go out of their way to provide a warm, inclusive, and caring environment. Their exceptional customer service and genuine kindness truly make a difference in our community!
