“I tried out the protein rolls they were pretty decent for $3.99 hopefully they stay at that price they would be worth it but if they were $6 I don't think I'd be inclined to buy one. The cost of the sandwiches have gotten too high and I typically don't think about using the app when I go and stop in at these places.
Subway used to be one of my go-to locations for a fast lunch that was reasonably healthy I'm just not seeing the value in it anymore.

“When I first discovered Ike’s I was so excited about their vegan options because it’s hard to find plant based options. I meet the nice and friendly people who are always happy. “Had the turkey cranberry sandwich with a side of tomato bisque and it was absolutely delightful. Very fresh, hearty, and the soup was creamy and delicious. For dessert I had their chocolate chip cookie and it was MASSIVE. Gooey in the middle and plenty of chocolate chips.

“We ordered a few subs for lunch from Firehouse Subs and they were absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. I’ve tried plenty of sandwich spots before, but this one really stood out — definitely a 5-star experience all around.

If you’re a fan of chicken, I highly recommend their chicken sandwich — it’s packed with flavor and cooked just right. The service was quick, friendly, and everything came well-packed and organized.

“The service is slow but the food is good. I wish they would offer a large and small breakfast potatoes. The small isn't enough so I order 2 and pay $8. A large at $5 or $6 would be nice. Also, the amount of syrup they give you for 4 pancakes is ridiculous. They need to offer 1 ramekin of syrup for every 2 pancakes. Despite these irritating issues, we will always come back.“

“These subs are no joke, and are an absolute unit. They are stuffed to the brim with goodies inside and after eating half, I was left with the dilemma of having a half eaten sandwich leftover. No way I could do that to this beautiful medium of yumminess. I went to their sauce bar and added a punch of flavor and finished this bad boy immediately. “I love this Subway location, the staff is always friendly and they care about food safety and cleanliness - which I really appreciate. I love the BLT (crispy bacon) on wholewheat - it's absolutely delicious. Their cookies are really yummy and I usually get 1 or 2 - even though I shouldn't ha ha. “This is my edited/updated review. I was promised a free sandwich after ordering my first sandwich from the app. I did it, but no free sandwich, the staff didn't know why and couldn't help.
I had a different sandwich from my first visit, it was fresh but woefully short on meat unlike my first sandwich. Im quite put off jimmy John's for now.

“Bought a turkey foot long, and the counter where the ingredients were kept was fresh, clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The tables, chip racks were clean and organized. Great customer service, there were some uplifting employees there that helped me have a better experience.“

“I grew up in NorCal where TOGO'S started out and I loved their sandwiches. Moved to SoCal and then they opened a store right near the university I went to - score!
Fast forward a couple decades and I had several unhappy experiences, so I'd pretty much given up.
Went to San Jose a few years ago to visit friends and they insisted I try a local Togo's. It was great - just as good as I remembered. Since then I've tried several stores near home and they've fixed whatever mistakes they were making at corporate.
I've only got two of them within 30 miles, but when I'm near one of them, chances are I'll drop in for a sandwich.
I do miss the bbq beef sandwich, though...“

“I would like to share my experience regarding an incident that happened during my recent visit.

I was on my way to pick up my order, but due to a technical issue with the app, my order was not confirmed. When I arrived at the store and asked about my pickup order, the staff informed me that there was no order under my name. When I checked my app, I realized there had been a technical problem and the order was never completed.

Since I was getting late, I politely asked the employee if it would be possible to still make my order. She kindly agreed to help me. At that time, there was another customer standing nearby who became upset, thinking that I was being helped before him. However, I was not aware whether he had already placed an order or was waiting to order, and another employee was already preparing food orders.

The employee who helped me was simply trying to assist me because of the technical issue and my situation. She was not trying to ignore anyone or give me special treatment. I appreciate her willingness to help and her good customer service during a stressful situation.

I just wanted to clarify the situation because there seemed to be a misunderstanding.
I am really sorry for all that.“

“This place never disappoints. It is always a safe place to go with. I always get the tuna toasted with pickles, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and mustard. Maggie always has to get the cookie of course. I only get the 6 inch and wheat bread. Trying to lose some weight here people“

“Employees learn customers by first name getting food ready the second you walk in the door. Very welcoming staff and very fresh food. Recently remodeled sporting the newest subway interior. The employees regularly assist workers from around the industrialized area.“

“I've been coming to this Subway for about 8 years now and have never been disappointed. But then again it's kind of hard for someone to get a sandwich wrong when you're right in front of them. But the people there have always been nice.“

“REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise.

My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault.

We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate.

This Subway is close to several hotels and the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario hub. It's connected to a gas station but it's not part of it! This Subway is exceptionally clean.“
