This is my favorite sandwich shop by far based on the way they make the cheesesteaks and tonight I got my wife a half sandwich and a salad and she loved it. It was a great value.
Ordered 6 sandwiches and they were ready fairly quickly!!! Food is always amazing!!

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop offers a variety of flavorful sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. Customers appreciate the delicious cheese steak BLT and the classic sandwiches, often praising their taste and the ability to customize salads. Many enjoy the sandwiches, especially the pastrami, and find the food to be consistently delicious. Some reviews mention the loaded capastrami fries as a popular item, with one saying they want to have them all the time. The service is generally quick and welcoming, with staff members like Antoinette going above and beyond to provide good service. The location has improved after initial struggles and is now a solid option for nearby sandwich lovers. However, some experiences have been less favorable, citing issues with staff attitude and food quality. One customer had a disappointing visit due to unhelpful staff and dry sandwiches, which affected their overall impression. Despite this, many find it convenient and enjoyable to visit this place, especially since they no longer need to drive to other locations for Capriotti’s. Overall, Capriotti’s offers tasty, customizable sandwiches in a friendly environment, with some room for improvement in service consistency.
