Subway is a restaurant with mixed experiences. The staff can be hit or miss, with some providing excellent customer service, while others can be rude and unfriendly. The food, which was once considered heavenly, has declined in taste over the years, although the aroma remains pleasant. Despite this, some staff members, particularly the female workers, strive to provide a positive experience for customers.
