So overall, I did like this spot. I would compare it to a Subway. The people working behind the counter were swamped with orders but kept a professional composure and intermittently apologized for the delay. Some other customers were not as patient and complained. I usually come to this location and I have amazing service and everyone is kind and greets people but recently I had a bad experience while at register. A man rung me up for my food, and i have no idea if he was having a bad day but he was extremely rude to me and the way he talked to me was not okay in any way. Jersey Mike's subs are definitely my favorite. They consistently offered a good product across their many locations, however the Riverside Plaza location has the best service. You are always greeted the moment you walk in and the employees are always smiling and are very polite. I've been going there for a while my food is always on point. I highly recommend this location .
