Subway

Service is poor at best due to lack of staff. Ownership is definitely cost conscious at customer satisfaction. This is not a derogatory review on store personnel, and the have to cope with the situation. Recently, I went there for a tuna sub, waited 20 minutes for the only employee to tend to 2 other customers. When he called upon me, I placed my order, and he immediately informed me that, “We are out of tuna.” I exited responding, “Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my life.”...read full review

They only had one employee with a line of 10ppl and 4 online orders, the guy working there was doing his best and letting everyone know it's gonna take a few minutes to help them and some people were walking out. I asked him how he takes his break or lunch with only him being there and he answered " I can't". This is not acceptable for any reason. My husband went to Subway at 890 Oak Valley Parkway in Beaumont, CA yesterday to get a sandwich around 1:30 pm. He was the 3rd person in line. After the 2nd person got his order, she stated that she had to go to lunch and didn't take his order. He couldn't believe it. He had to go elsewhere to get something.
