Used the kiosk, since I was ignored at the counter. When the order came out, there was no indication whether it was ours or somebody else's. Customer service is not a strong suit here
Our McGriddle and hash browns were hot and crispy!
We ordered using the app and drive thru for pick up. Our order was delayed due to the need to wait on our cookies. After we left the drive thru we realized they didn't even warm the cookies after waiting for them. The cookies are delicious if they are warmed. I was disappointed.
