“I got a gift card as a Christmas present for Jersey mikes in Palm Springs , the two times we went ,was very close to closing time , I was blown away at the level of kindness, and just the positive atmosphere of this store. The employees we encountered went above and beyond in their service, from the moment we walked in . The sandwiches of course always surpass expectations, but these days it’s rare to find such good energy and great customer service anywhere , so I wanted to say we appreciate you guys very much and wanted also to say THANK YOU!“
“Well, this was certainly a treat! Was going to another restaurant close by and saw Firehouse Subs. I was in the mood. Was greeted with a hello and welcome, and asked about a few things on the menu. I decided on the Hook and Ladder, and a bowl of chili. Good call! Both were amazing. Make sure Kevin makes your sandwich. I loved every bite of it. “Popped in for a sandwich building party (just a typical visiting subway) at this infamous chain's Palm Springs - Vista Chino / Sunrise Way location in the Stater Brothers + Dollar Tree shopping center... Ample shared business parking in this super plaza.Veggie Patty on Italian, toasted with ALL the veggies including those spicy ones... Add mustard, pepper and vinegar and I'm golden. Footlong, of course... No need for chips and drinks (We got plenty at the grocery stores nearby and in the same lot), though not a bad deal. Tons of fountain drink options.The trio girls on duty were beyond awesome. The one who made my sandwich was brand new and did great only her first night there. It was pretty mellow before I walked in first, then suddenly a crowd. I guess I'm a sandwich trendsetter lol.Super clean, super fast and super good.My favorite part is they're open until midnight!! Everything food closes EARLY in PS, so it's nice to know this Subway is a place to grab and go - last shop/next to Winchell's donut house before the shopping center entrance/exit on the Sunrise Way side.“
“If you haven't been here lately you're in for a surprise. The new refreshed menu has definitely raised the bar at Subway.They have several new bread choices,better ingredients, more selection,and overall better sandwiches. My favorite is still the tuna... and yes it is a real tuna!“

“Fabulous Jersey Mikes! My veggie sandwich was sublime; absolutely perfectly made. Very beautiful and clean location. Everyone here is super nice and they make your subs super fast. I’ve had many Jersey Mikes before but this store and this food was the best I have ever had. A must-stop sandwich shop, bar none! There’s many parking spots and handicapped spaces readily available.“
“Well this place has been crappy in varying degrees for a very long time and the turnover there is truly unbelievable. Every time I go in there it is new people working there the food is okay, the ambiance is anyone's guess at any given time. There was an a hole working there for a while that I walked out on and didn't go back for about a year. I've been back a few times in recent weeks, The time before last there were great people and it was good and the next time back to crap there is one girl there that's been there for a little while who told me they are waiting for a repairman to come fix the ice tea machine and that was a month ago now today I walk in there and there is a young dude with long hair no hair net and they are playing dirty rap music complete with the n word and talking about drugs and bitches. I just walked out. Guess I'll see if it's improved in a few months“
