Terrible location can't get orders right. For a $26 meal they can't even get the fries right and they can't answer the phone and corporate can't answer an email. I'm never going to carls jr again

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. on Washington Street in Bermuda Dunes is a clean location with great service. The staff is courteous, attentive, polite, cheerful, and helpful, with awesome attitudes. One shift leader was especially helpful with uploading rewards. The food is what is expected from a Carl's Jr. A breakfast burrito was disappointing with more tortilla than filling, but 2 famous stars w/ cheese were perfect when made correctly. The location is convenient for travel between LA and Arizona. It is never busy, and the employees remember orders every single time. Even with a late football team, the crew served everyone in a timely manner.
