I'm not sure why but they are always short staffed. They won't take your order. You have to go to the kiosk and order. They won't even acknowledge you're there unless you go to the kiosk first. Also the serria mist always tastes
Ffood good, buut getting the hot sauce packs here is like pulling teeth. I had to ask 3 or 4 times to get the amount of hot sauce that I asked for when I placed my order. The guy was pretty exasperated with me at that point and didn't care that I knew it. Not good customer service.

I love how they talk to their customers and how they always have anything you ask they did once made my order wrong but were quick to fix it. I've tried the Chicken quesadillas, taco, Mexican pizza, and chalupas and I loved all of them, It's also pretty chill inside as well.
