Stopped by here a couple nights ago. First impression was whatever. Nothing special. Nothing to really grab your attention or sway you one way or another. Could definitely use some decor. The menu was the best part of this place. Colorful, detailed, appealing to the eye. The service was mediocre. The girl working the counter wasn't very nice, friendly or helpful. I enjoy the items they sell, but I'm not sure about bringing kids here anymore. The music they play is too loud and has a lot of curse words. Maybe this is considered normal, but this is not the Kio's I grew up with.

Their raspados are really good so are their fresas con crema. Their costumer services is superior. One of the employees or owners im not sure helped me with my autistic nephew calme him and was very understanding and empathetic. Extremely appreciative to her. Highly recommend!!!
