Shout out to the manager of the restaurant. Their credit card machine was down and my kids dont understand technology outages. Solid manager, its refreshing to have interactions with people like him. He needs a raise and I hope more companies realize how important the human elements are for business success. Twice I have come to this Carl’s Jr between 6 PM to 7 PM and Both times they have given great customer service and my food was hot and fresh. They are not stingy with the wrench sauce like the other Carl’s Jr in the valley.
There famous stars are the bomb I stop in every chance I get and the people are nice.
