“Very very rarely do I hear my partner say something positive about food establishments. Today he walked back out to our car, gelato in hand and exclaimed “I love this place”. We come every Saturday before grocery shopping and will continue to do so. I love the panna cotta with either strawberry or lemon (owners recommendation) and today have a new favorite with the Carmel crème. They also have espresso for affogato and sidewalk table too. Love this place for their flavors, generous portions(for gelato) and most of all their hospitality.“

“This is an amazing local ice cream joint in the Palm Springs center. It has a Hawaiian/island theme and carries several pacific island flavors such as Ube - delicious, lychee, etc. among others. The shakes are amazing as well as their ice cream. Delicious treat under the warm Palm Springs sun!“
“We had a fantastic few day stay at La Serena. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and welcoming. The bathrooms are huge. We had an outdoor spa that we did not use, so no insights there. The location is great - walk to everything with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast (which was included) was very good, and we had excellent dinner and drinks at the restaurant one evening. The pool was really nice. My only complaint would be that there is not enough seating/lounges for guests. On one day at least two sets of lounges were marked reserved but no one was using them when we walked by the pool earlier and then returned to swim several hours later. So we had no seats while they sat open for more than an hour. At this price you should be able to fully use the pool.“

“i came here a while ago (august 2023) and was pleasantly surprised! to be honest i didn't really have high hopes i just wanted some ice cream and it was the only place open late. the cashier marialy was really nice and helpful. the selection was overwhelming but they let me sample some and told me their recommendations. i ended up getting a lavender scoop and an ice cream sandwich. both i enjoyed. i came back recently and fell in love with their horchata ice cream and took a pint home! love the vibes of this little shop. you can tell there is attention to detail in every corner you look. AND THEY HAVE VEGAN FRIENDLY OPTIONS!!“

“We absolutely love this place….awesome ice cream, creative flavors, cozy and inviting atmosphere, and great new mural!Note to owners: From the outside, your store looks dark and appears closed. Anyone driving or walking by could easily think you are closed. When we went inside last night (Friday at 7:45 pm), we were the only two customers at that time. Inside, I noticed that the light in front of the main window was not on, making your store look even darker and not open from the outside. Your store could really benefit from some lighting that can be seen from the sidewalk and roadway, or perhaps something lit up in the window that gets the attention of pedestrians and cars passing by. I am sure there is a lot of foot traffic you could capitalize on from El Mirasol. Your ice cream, location, charm, and quality employees are too good to not be busy on a Friday night. “How does one describe this taste of heaven? wow! This dessert spot deserves awards to best toffee ice cream! Both the bar and the cup were insanely delicious! The specially of the cup is that you taste melted chocolate in your bites, but that chocolate quickly hardening is also why I'd get the bar next time. Idk. That's a preference. Either choice can't disappoint! I can't wait to be back!“
