“I came in with my Husband and Daughter and we were helped by Annemarie! We had come in before and my Husband had left a comment on how amazing Annemarie is! I wanted to comment as well because of how truly caring Annemarie is!
She remembered our daughter and let her retry all the flavors JUST to make sure! My daughter started calling her Queen IceCream because of how caring she is with everyone there! Our little family has never felt so welcomed and cared for! Anytime we stop at the River with our daughter we have to stop by the Ben and Jerry’s to see Annemarie!!“

“They are the #1 for me . I had a problem with my order to come to me cross country it was all apart the topping right off the Toffee. I sent an email and finally after a month Claudia replied called me on phone plus email . I spoke with Claudia and she made things right by me and was very apologetic. She sent me my whole order and a gift of their chocolate almond toffee popcorn . With that said I want to say the toffee was amazing everything was put together with nothing coming off . I want to say thank you so much . I’m one happy customer ❤️ They back up their product which is a plus . Once again Thankyou so much Claudia .“

“I loved this place. My wife and I enjoyed a date day today, and this was one of the stops that helped make it a great experience.

The quality of the gelato is on point, the service is on point, and considering the location, quality, and what other places charge, I’d say this place is a hidden gem.

We had a freshly made waffle cone topped with strawberry and peach gelato, and it was excellent. The Mrs. had an affogato that she thoroughly enjoyed as well.

Too bad we didn’t take pictures—everything looked as good as it tasted. We’ll definitely be back!

“You know how there are places you wish were close to where you live and at the same time, wish they were further away?! This is one of them. Although I expect that if there was one near where I live, I hope I'd be able to exercise a little self control.
The ice cream here is so fresh and delicious, it's hard to describe. For instance, their coffee ice cream tastes like pure coffee as opposed to coffee flavoring. The same goes for all of their flavors.
It appears that there are only 6 locations on the West Coast and 3 of them are in Palm Springs/Palm Desert. Nothing on the East Coast.
There are locations in Hawaii as that is where this ice cream eminated from. That's also where I first had this amazing delicacy.
If you have the good fortune of coming across one of the stores, I obviously highly recommend it.“

“Perfect Pint is a terrific custard shop! Unique flavors made fresh daily. Truly everything from the taste to the serving size is... well... perfect. I tried the Southern Banana Pudding and it was out of this world. The wafers on top were such an added bonus. I highly recommend them!“

“I grew up on E pels, they would come to my middle and high schools, the firework shows, swap meets, you name it! E pel was and is a huge part of my childhood. I left the desert 10 years ago and find myself still regularly thinking about these today. I’ve never found anything that comes close to my beloved drinks, and they will be the first thing I search out when I come back for a visit. Give them a try, you don’t forget it, in my opinion they are a desert staple not to be missed.“

“This place has a lot of ice cream flavors and even some dairy free sorbet flavors. They serve beer and snacks both hot and cold. You can get waffle cone, you can get chocolate covered bananas here as well as some other novelty treats. The ice cream flavors were the classic ones and tasted fresh and delicious. There’s room for seating inside.“

What stood out was the customer service by Sayra - she was the absolute bomb. A real asset to the shop.

“While dining at this venue could be a really nice experience, the fact that the staff would not turn on the fans (or misters) because they might blow out the little table candles was unfortunate. It was so warm, and what could have been a pleasant evening in a cute, covered, outdoor setting was much less so. The food was fine and interesting, but I think that a new manager and staff training would help this venue. The staff (in general) seemed very disinterested in the guests. “It has been a minute since I've been to the Renaissance Esmeralda here in Indian Wells. I'm not a big fan of the colossal golf/spa/resort complex of which this is a good example, but Goldenvoice puts people here for Coachella and Stage Coach so I've stayed here a couple times. This lobby espresso bar is new from last time, a welcome addition because I also got a room service breakfast from here (50) and it was capital P pathetic, so just send someone down here and get a coffee and whatever from this place and save yourself 40 dollars.Also this is one of those locations where leaving to go to Starbucks is a major production so having something serviceable in the lobby is great.“

“Came here after a steak dinner for dessert and there was one kid working alone with a line.

Ice cream was delightful and the brownies in founder's favorite was yummy and not stale.

Place was somewhat clean but in betweem serving and creating different ice creams could of used better scraping on the stone. Aside from getting some straggler sprinkles that i did not krder in my ice cream service was great. He was fast and friendly but probably could use some help. Take a hint management.

Probably was there for like 15-20 minutes total due to waiting just under $10 for an ice cream that's not a pint is wild but that's the economy.“

I even posed a challenge with my online order, wanting to redeem a voucher for a free shack burger and each person got involved because it wasn’t busy, and made sure that I got my situation resolved and I was able to pick up my excellent shack burger along with what I ordered. Honestly, the entire team was great. Everybody has a positive attitude, nobody acting like it was a big imposition to try and help out. Completely rare in this day and age, and I really appreciate that kind of service, regardless of where I go when a team makes over and above effort.
