Lappert's Super Premium Ice Cream is the real deal. The flavor lineup is something else, especially their date-flavored ice cream made with Palm Desert dates!I dove into the Cookie Monster – it's packed with big chunks of cookie dough and Oreo bits. Phenomenal date shakes, hard-to-beat Kauai Pie, Rum Raisin ice creams. All flavors are excellent- been going for over thirty years in Hawaii!! Lappert's is special- how lucky to have one in the desert!

I'm curious about why there are so few Lapperts ice cream shops in California. We literally drive here from San Diego to have this ice cream. The flavors are my favorite and you can't get anything quite like them from any other brand. My kids are obsessed too, perhaps it's a good thing that they are so scarce in location.
