“This is one of the few stores in Idyllwild that hasn't changed since I've been visiting (since 1985!). I believe the reason is the quality products and the personnel. The chocolate-dipped ice cream bars are delicious, there is a large variety of flavors for the shaved ice and (my favorite) the candy. The gourmet chocolates have been fresh every time I've purchased (I visit annually) and the jar candies are delicious. I especially love the licorice mix. This store is less busy during the week so if you plan to visit I would recommend you plan to stay a day or two (at least) during the week when the crowds are a bit lighter.“
