“I can only account for my experience and my first time use at this location was through DoorDash. I was passing through. I’m a truck driver and I order cold Stone creamery every now and then it’s never brought to me with any real toppings in the ice cream. it doesn’t sometimes taste well Even the waffle bowl sometimes taste stale or uncooked at other locations but at this location it was the best that I’ve ever ordered through DoorDash. It had a lot of toppings it was mixed in well the waffle was cooked wasn’t too thick and actually taste very well. I enjoyed my entire Create your own in waffle bowl. I always order to love it and when I come back through again, I will definitely be using this location for my cold stone thank you guys much success and prosperity.“

But saw a post that Aerostat was now doing cakes/pies, I knew it’d be the best ever, it truly was& they have THE BEST flavors! 100% recommend anything they make!“

“Oh my gosh❤️😢 we were greeted by this amazing young man named Daniel! He was such a sweetheart, and just to hear his story. It was so encouraging , his family who owns this shop. Also owns another shop that’s in the same shopping center called El Gordito! I wish I would’ve taken picture of the burrito my husband got, and my chicharon preparado and a mangonada that had lime and strawberry as well it was so dang delicious! 🤤 and the kiddo got this Dubai, chocolate and strawberry cup that she says was delicious as well ❤️💕💕💕🥰I would definitely go back to support this business and because their food was incredibly delicious! My husband got the California burrito and he even said that this burrito was the best one he’s ever taste in and my husband has tried plenty of burritos everywhere for this is his favorite one💕❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

“this is my 6th Coldstone creamery! My first store was in fayetteville Arkansas! The second was in San Bernardino, CA, third one in Fontana, CA Fourth in Moreno Valley , CA fifth in Riverside, cA and now this one……my favorite in Hemet.I tried to get there when I first moved into my new house but I locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260.00!The people here at the Hemet store were very sweet and took great care of me…It ain’t just the ice cream. Their workers are all really cool people“

“The ice cream taste so good and the tostillcos, mangonada yum it is a lil pricy .I went today I saw they have now dubia strawberries so I order .I didn't pay attention while the lady was preparing it .when I got home to eat them wth it only has a tiny drizzle of cream pistachio n drizzle of chocolate omg not worth it I paid $16 for what just plain strawberry so disappointed .I will let them know about this.i had them before in a cup with alot of pistachio cream this one I couldn't taste nothing on it .won't recommend“

“Our family has been coming here occasionally over the past decade, mostly for desserts. Today we needed a last minute ice cream cake for our daughter and dropped by to snag one. However, we forgot that we would have to make another stop and it would melt and we were afraid to not grab it since it might be gone by the time we come back. The cashier, Jack, immediately offered to hold it in the back freezer for us so we could run our errands and return. When we came back, they were busy, but he instantly recognized us and grabbed it for me. Not only that, but his interactions with customers was very friendly and personable. I have never had such great customer service here. Thank you Jack!“
