We always have a lovely time and an enjoyable meal at Bar Cecil. We celebrated my husband's birthday this time and had a fantastic meal. The halibut was the best halibut I have had in a while and the pavlova was just the perfect bite to share after dinner.
They have done a great job with the vibe and space. The food was good and the menu had quite a few options. The service was only okay. It felt rushed when they kept trying to clear plates before we were finished. I never got my requested ice even after asking three times. Also, for a restaurant that charges these prices, do not stack dishes on the table and then remove them.
