I absolutely adore Vinophilla. Jen and her chef have created a boutique dining experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal. The food was stunning! The food was fresh, expressive, and crafted with a level of care you can taste in every bite.

Vinophile Café is a locally owned shop in Palm Springs. It is a small place with only 14 chairs inside and two tables outside. The café offers great wine and great beer. The small plates are amazing, and the wild salmon Rillettes are a favorite. The cheese selections are phenomenal, and the kale salad is excellent.
The owner is the heart and soul of the place. Her wine knowledge is exceptional, and her selections are unique and soulful. She has many years of experience as a sommelier, and she makes wine feel approachable and fun. The chef’s food is fresh, expressive, and crafted with care. The space feels like a beautifully designed living room—intimate, warm, and refined. It is cozy and personable, far from pretentious, and not mass-market. It has a great view of the mountain, and the view of Mount San Jacinto at sunset is beautiful. There is a very reasonably priced happy hour. It is a good place to bring friends for an apero and chit chat. Overall, it is a wonderful find and a fine addition to the food and wine scene in Palm Springs.
