First, Jesus the owner was so incredibly sweet. He went over the entire menu for us showing pictures and described what was gluten free and what wasn't. We didn't ask for him to do this, he did it on his own accord. You can tell he and his wife deeply care about making beautiful dishes and meeting new people. The food was top tier. One of the best places in Palm Springs!
Everything we ate and drank at PasteListos was phenomenal. Jesus was an extremely kind and gracious host; he cheerfully explained everything on the menu before we ordered so we could make informed choices, and made excellent recommendations. Simple menu done to perfection with stellar service. Do yourself a favor and visit for lunch or breakfast while in Palm Springs!
First time trying Venezuelan food, I always wanted to try empanadas and we had bought tacos next door. We tried the beef, chicken, and potatoes and cheese. All delicious potatoes and cheese is the best, next beef, but the mild sauce was amazing. The service was quick and friendly. Would have come back for dinner but they are closed. Probably try tomorrow for lunch... So yeah, definitely be back ; D 👍
