Absolute hidden gem! My partner and I chose The Barn for our anniversary dinner, and it could not have been more perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional from start to finish, and the atmosphere was calm, intimate, and romantic. This has officially become our go-to spot for special occasions. Highly recommend!

The Barn Kitchen offers a charming ambiance with a beautiful and peaceful courtyard setting and great service. This historical space is known for its delicious food, made from fresh, quality ingredients. The menu includes a veg burger as a vegan option, but more options would be welcome. Non-vegan dishes, like the Mediterranean salad and fussily pasta, receive mixed reviews on taste and value, although many have praised the Summer Squadh with mint pesto and blistered peas, and the John Dory for their flavor and presentation. The drink menu and cocktails are a highlight, and the friendly, patient staff provide an excellent dining experience. Guests have enjoyed timely service and good advice on food choices. The restaurant is small with limited seating, but it is worth visiting. The outdoor setting at Sparrow's Lodge adds to the lovely atmosphere. The chocolate chip cookies, baked to order, are a MUST. Overall, The Barn Kitchen promises superb food, a gorgeous setting, and a perfect dining experience.
