We are locals. We like it so much we went twice in one week.... The food is top notch, the drinks are carefully curated and expertly made, and the service is stellar. We've tried the iconic five dining spots and the buzzy places in town, put this place is in its own class. Excited about the next visit!
I treated my girlfriend to lunch for her birthday. It was such a fantastic experience that we ate a great lunch, drank mimosas and talked and giggled for 4 hours! The staff was excellent and helped me make her time special! They even brought us freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!! They were to die for. Thank you The Barn Kitchen. We will be back!

The Barn Kitchen offers a charming ambiance with a beautiful and peaceful courtyard setting and great service. This historical space is known for its delicious food, made from fresh, quality ingredients. The menu includes a veg burger as a vegan option, but more options would be welcome. Non-vegan dishes, like the Mediterranean salad and fussily pasta, receive mixed reviews on taste and value, although many have praised the Summer Squadh with mint pesto and blistered peas, and the John Dory for their flavor and presentation. The drink menu and cocktails are a highlight, and the friendly, patient staff provide an excellent dining experience. Guests have enjoyed timely service and good advice on food choices. The restaurant is small with limited seating, but it is worth visiting. The outdoor setting at Sparrow's Lodge adds to the lovely atmosphere. The chocolate chip cookies, baked to order, are a MUST. Overall, The Barn Kitchen promises superb food, a gorgeous setting, and a perfect dining experience.
