“Most of the time I get breakfast here. I wanna say for a fast paced business. The team works their tail off. I wanna say thank you to the whole team as well as to my morning crew Anthony, Morgan, Maggie,Jocelyn and Lupe. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’re such an amazing team. “It's a basic McDonald's. The staff are friendly, but there's always customers coming up to the counter and having to call out for someone to come out and take their order/help them. That's most McDonald's nowadays. It's a customer service job, but most employees either have no experience with it or it's not actually expected anymore. It's all centered around the kiosks now. Don't get me wrong, it's great that the kiosks are an option, but that shouldn't be the expectation for customers to use to order.
And they just recently started charging for sauce, and they didn't use to, which is one thing that used to put them ahead of other McDonald's around, but now they're being just as cheap as all the rest.bits disappointing.“

I have one thing to say about this new refill poli y. Its obviously meant to deter loitering on the premise by people experiencing homelessness. That's foolishness.
Ordering at the kiosk will never work. It's way too confusing.“
