Overall good experience. Service was great, pleasant. Our server was taking care of many tables but still was attentive. Food was good . Shared the carnitas a little light on the guacamole but over all good. Wanted a draft beer but taps were down. We sat on the patio and being in a shopping center the traffic was unnoticeable and overall ambiance was good. I would go back.
A great place to relax on their patio. The Mexican dishes are a nice blend of traditional recipes and American favorites. It has more of a comfortable, neighborhood feel, compared with some of the more touristy spots. The staff if very welcoming and definitely looks after their 'regulars,' and don't be surprised if you see Charlie himself working right along with the staff. Good job, Roger Medanich

While eating at the neighboring El Salvador Cafe, we saw the bright colors on the patio of Loco Charlie's and decided to dine here for lunch the next day. Beto greeted us and let us select any of the tables inside or outside. After we chose one on the patio, he brought over our waters, a basket of chips and two bowls of salsa.
