The setting is one of its biggest strengths—mountain views, open-air seating, and stylish interiors make the whole meal feel like part of the getaway. The food is delicious and amazing. Specific meals include short ribs, Brussels sprouts, poached apple dessert, Blackened sea bass, steak frites, cheesecake dessert, carne asada fries, fish&chips, dish of the day (Halibut), salmon, and burger. The atmosphere is breathtaking with the wave pool. Service is fantastic, accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant is a hidden gem, ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, or lingering after the surf pool. A wonderful place where the scenery, food, and atmosphere all contribute equally.
