Dans mes top 3 de restos! J'ai mangé les pétoncles en entrée et le seabass comme repas principal et la cuisson des 2 plats était parfaite! Mon conjoint à mangé le tartare de bœuf et le steak 10 oz et encore tout était parfait et délicieux! Un peu dispendieux mais le prix en vaut la peine.
Dined without reservation at the bar. Another great meal in PS, had the Terre vegetable dish, very flavorful accentuated by wine. Excellent service, multiple seating areas, on the top floor of the Rowan Hotel.

We chose 4saints on a whim on the last night of our mini-moon, and WOW did it deliver. Excellent cocktails, and the food was creative yet familiar. The octopus was excellent, as was the sea bass. Will absolutely dine here again. It's a hotel restaurant as it's on the roof of the Kimpton Rowan, so priced accordingly, but it's delicious. The patio was so romantic with beautiful views of Palm Springs. They even brought me a blanket when it got a bit chilly!
