I appreciate a good steak and the 32oz dry aged porterhouse was absolutely fabulous. I have never had such a tender piece of beef in my years of visiting steak houses. I also appreciate that it did not have unnecessary finishing salt, it was properly seasoned while grilled. As to sides the creamed spinach had a hint of nutmeg which I always appreciate and was not overly watery.
