“Stopped by for a cup of coffee around 5:45am. Plenty of parking spaces, the store within Ralph's market. Fantastic friendly, nice and cheerful staff (only one) doing everything and there were several orders. She handled wonderfully. It was quiet and it locate right at the entrance of the market so it can be abit chill from the wind but nice vibe. Prices are increasing but what else is news.“
“Why on earth am I reviewing a Starbucks? This was, easily, the most comfortable and beautiful Starbucks I have ever visited. It is huge, with cathedral like ceilings and massive picture windows. Electric shades provide a peekaboo view while modulating the direct morning sun. You would expect a cold atmosphere with all that space, but the walls are covered with warm woods and succulents that invite conversation and community. The chairs give a nod to the mid century modern vibe that is Palm Springs, scattered around round wooden tables that further cushion the feel. They even have a huge wooden bar for those who prefer a more barista interactive experience. There is tons of outdoor space as well, if the Mountain View is your jam. Without a doubt this is the most inviting and comfortable Starbucks around, and although I am generally a small coffee & pastry shop girl, this place is a 👍🏻👍🏻 recommend.“
“For the 2nd time today Starbucks has come through with some of the kindest baristas I've ever met (just coming from Amsterdam, and most Europe, hope that emphasizes my point!) Thank you CALEB. YOU are what it means to blend both professionalism and hospitality, as well as service effectively and what did seem effortless. I hope management realizes it's never the store or the vibe usually that brings people back and establishes the long lost art of being cozy in a coffeeshop is the staff. Caleb shines beyond measure and reflects brand standard excellence that truly as this is twice at a 2nd location even, in Palm Springs, that I've been shocked by the excellence shown by baristas whom at a point I remember being apathetic, unwelcoming, and overworked. Thanks Caleb, and I hope Starbucks recognizes the gem they have on their hands. 10/10

“SEE Update at end of post!! Went to this location to get Iced Macha Tea. Out of stock? It's summer, every summer this happens. I don't know what the issue is with product availability, but you are lucky your competition shut down in Coachella Valley. Two locations this week out of Macha Tea? The manager told me he would order more Macha Tea mix immediately, two days later we went by and they had Macha Tea in stock!! Desert Hot Springs location? No Macha Tea in stock a week later.“
“We visit this Starbucks fairly often because of its location inside Vons grocery store.
The drinks and snacks are consistently good.
I don’t get coffee here as often as other nearby places because the prices are higher (as expected). Hence, the 4 stars.“
“Miya just set the tone for my entire day, which at any coffee shop, cozy and chill as they're meant to be, she sets the tone and this location ought notice what a gem they've got on their hands. They've also (unlike the downtown location) have outlets to charge, an outdoor patio (covered from the Coachella Valley sun, much appreciated / needed) and they've got good music always, great spaces to sit for a bit or just come slide thru for your pick-up order or even drive through. Don't sleep on this location Palm Springs! Also, Miya deserves recognition as one of the most empathetic, chill, and incredibly kind yet still expeditious with her work and brand standard of what Starbucks represents. Great team, great place. Grocery store and laundry right in walking distance also.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks in Palm Springs, which is rare inside of a grocery store! The staff is helpful, friendly, consistent, patient… I could go on and on. We often start our mornings here before work and look forward to seeing our SB pals daily. The drinks are always great, but it’s the staff that keeps us going.“
