“My family and I went in today and had the best experience! 6/25/26 at like 5pm the girl at the front was so sweet taking our order. Laura made our drinks and they were so good!! Definitely recommend this starbucks over the other ones in town. Nice employees and fantastic drinks. Also such a cute store!“

“We stopped at a Starbucks in a grocery store near our hotel. There was one person taking orders and making drinks for 8 people in front of us. While in line I googled directions to a stand alone Starbucks. We got in the car and drove 1.5 miles to this Starbucks where there were 10 baristas and two people ahead of us. The coffees were perfect, probably because the barista had one job and minimal stress.“

Stopped in this morning for.out Starbucks fix. Nic anr Javi were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. We both had the egg wrap and my wife had a cappuccino and i had a mocha. Great service and snacks.

Stopped in this morning to get our coffee and cappuccino fix. The store is clean, and the staff provides quality service and wonderful Starbucks products. My wife had the Cappuccino extra hot, extra dry with whole milk. I had the Carmel machiatto, which was hot and tasty. We thoroughly enjoy Starbucks, and this store provides first-rate customer service.

For the past three years, this Starbucks has been so much more than a coffee shop to me.

As a stay-at-home mom, my morning coffee run became part of my daily routine, but what I didn’t expect was how much the people here would become part of my life too. Sometimes we don’t realize how much the little interactions we have every day can mean to someone else. To many people, it’s just a quick stop for coffee. To me, it became my daily dose of adult conversation, a place where I could get out of the house, take a breath, and feel welcomed.

Rachel literally watched my belly grow for nine months while I was pregnant, and then she’s watched my daughters grow for the last three years. Seeing the team greet my girls by name, ask about them, and every now and then surprise them with a cake pop has meant more than they’ll ever know. Jess always has the sweetest welcoming, and Annette somehow makes my drinks perfectly every single time, and every employee I’ve met, whether they’ve been there for years or just a few months, has always been genuinely kind. I honestly can’t think of a single bad experience.

I’ve also seen how patient and gracious this team is when dealing with difficult customers over things completely outside of their control. They deserve so much more appreciation than they get.

Last month, after my grandpa passed away, I came in with flyers hoping to spread awareness and ask for help for my grandma. They kindly let me hang one in the lobby, but they didn’t stop there. The team got together, signed a sympathy card, and gave it to me. It was such an unexpected act of kindness during one of the hardest times in my life, and I’ll never forget it.

They’ve seen me on the good mornings and the hard mornings. They’ve seen me exhausted, overwhelmed, happy, and everything in between. They probably don’t even realize the impact they’ve had, but having a place where I always feel welcomed has helped me through postpartum, difficult days, and seasons of life when I really needed it.

Thank you for making people feel seen. The coffee is great, but it’s the people who keep me coming back. The little routines and small acts of kindness you share every day truly make a bigger difference than you probably realize. ❤“

“Always enjoy having a good starbucks on site at the JW Marriott here in Palm Dessert. It opens at 530am and closes at 2pm. Be prepared as the line is always long unless you get there early, but the staff was very cheerful and helpful when I was there for a couple of days. Got my OG iced Carmel Macchiato. See you next year when we return.

“Friendly staff with very good service. They offer all of the Starbucks products you would find at other store plus many more. You cannot use the Starbucks app. At this location. Nice area to sit and enjoy your time in Barnes and Noble. It’s nice to have the option to grab a drink or snack item without running through the mall if you are just visiting the bookstore.“
