Ordered a sweet vanilla cream nitro. It was warm, layered and no sweet cream on top. Some unknown fuzz.Also had the cinnamon caramel cold nitro. Tasted basically the same. NOT AT ALL COLD. No cinnamon flavour. The fellow at the till was new (I believe), he gave us 90 cents extra and the girl told him he would have to pay for that. ???? Isn’t that illegal? Worst Starbucks Ever ! They won't give me a Trenta ice water ( it's free ). They say they can't give it out. Every other Starbucks in town gives them. What's going on ?????? !!!!!!

Now I know why this Starbucks is one of the lowest rated on here! They lost my business for sure! I understand that they must charge for stuff but when you charge for something you didn't even get...well that's just ridiculous!! Trust me when I say drive another few minutes and go to a different Starbucks! Trust me you'll be happy you did. Starbucks really needs to keep their ramp up their reputation as there are so many other coffee shops opening
